MSJ Polaris will teach the community about the wonders of space. At the club, members will learn about the cosmos, and will be able to participate in fun activities relating to the topics they learn. Some examples of what will be covered are basic astronomical units, all the planets, the sun, dwarf planets, and redshift/blueshift. Club objectives include promoting interest in astronomy, educational outreach, and observational opportunities. Club activities will include lectures and hands-on observations.
